The Masterkanopy team
Rahil Verma, Founder & CEO
Rahil is an Energy and Sustainability Consultant with international experience across four continents, specializing in energy efficiency and Net-Zero strategy with a strong focus on behavior-driven performance.
Before founding Masterkanopy, Rahil advised organisations including Network Rail, AM Healthcare, and BAE Systems on decarbonisation in the UK, delivering energy reductions of approximately 15% and cost savings of up to GBP 750,000 per engagement. His technical grounding began earlier, as a manufacturing engineer improving plant-level performance in Canada. He holds a Master's in Energy, Environmental Technology and Economics (Distinction) from City, University of London.

Jinal Zaveri, Sustainability Consultant
Jinal Zaveri is an award-winning sustainability consultant at Masterkanopy, based in Dubai, specializing in GHG accounting, UAE Climate Law compliance, and ESG reporting.
She holds an MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Design (First Class, Brunel University, UK) and previously worked as a Sustainability Officer at Aston Group in London, where she delivered a 33.29% reduction in emissions against a 20% target. Now, in the UAE, she supports businesses with their climate law readiness, operational efficiency, and sustainability strategy journey. She also served as an Assessor for the Global Circular Economy Forum & Awards 2026
